Please note: By Catalise commencing work and/or the customer signing up or using our services invoiced will demonstrate that the customer agrees to be bound by all the Catalise terms and conditions shown below.

PayPal / Credit Card payments
Privacy Policy - We do not store credit card or Debit card details. Our full Policy is availbe to view - please click here
Refunds - If for any reason you wish to request a refund please contact us billing@catalisedomains.co.uk, please state the reason for the refund request together with the relevant invoice number. We shall attend to your request within 48 hours. If the initail payment was made with PayPal we shall refund the original transaction via PayPal. Credit Card and Paypal refunds may take 28 days to fully process.
Delivery - All services provided by Catalise are digital services, there is no physical delivery. Online access to the services ordered will be within a 48 hours period.
Server Use
Catalise reserves the right to refuse service and/or access to its servers and/or services to anyone.
Catalise does not allow any of the following content to be stored on its servers:
- Adult material - includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content.
- Excessive download content or non-linked content.
Refusal of service based on content matching either of these criteria is entirely at the discretion of Catalise.
Catalise reserves the right to move your data to a different server with no previous notice.
Support
We will endeavour to provide a continuous high quality service.
If you experience problems with your service, you should consult our support website. www.catalisesupport.co.uk, our server techs are available 24/7 - 365 - please allow 24 hours for a resolution. Hardware may take 48 hours to resolve. Please note we may be required to suspend some of our services for short scheduled periods to carry out maintenance or repair our services. Information concerning scheduled downtime is available on the Catalise support website, as are details of any interruptions to our services.
Shared Hosting Unlimited Use Policy
High bandwidth usage:
Catalise offers an unlimited use policy by maintaining very large ratios of bandwidth per customer. In rare cases, Catalise may find a customer to be using server resources to such an extent that he or she may jeopardize service performance and resources for other customers. In such instances, at Catalise' discretion, Catalise reserves the right to impose the High Resource User Policy for the consideration of all customers.
Shared Hosting Database Usage (Excludes didicated database servers)
If you exceed the limits on our database products (MS SQL and MySQL) then we will automatically charge you for the additional space you use at our current prices. For example if you have a 150MB database and 200MB is in use at any point during a month then we will charge for the extra 50MB in that month.
Hosting High Resource User Policy
Resources are defined as bandwidth, processor utilisation or disk space.
Catalise implement the following policy to its sole discretion:
When the resources utilised by a customer in using a service are abnormally high, Catalise reserves the right to suspend that service immediately. This policy is only implemented in extreme circumstances and is intended to prevent the misuse of our services. Customers may be offered an option whereby Catalise continues supplying the service under a reduced usage criteria specified by Catalise. Failure to comply with such measures may result in your service being terminated.
Hosting Uploads via scripting languages
We limit uploads made via scripting languages - including PHP, ASP and ASP.NET. Uploads made using PHP are limited to 20MB per file.
Hosting Payment policies
All accounts are set up on a prepay basis. Although Catalise reserves the right to change prices of accounts or services at any time, all pricing is guaranteed for the period of prepayment. Payment is due every 30 or 365 days, from the date the account was established. Customers will automatically be charged again at the end of their prepay period unless confirmation of the wish to close has already been received.
In situations where the card number on file is declined Catalise will immediately suspend the facility to purchase services on-line until the outstanding charge is processed successfully. In addition, Catalise reserves the right to suspend other services until the outstanding debt is cleared. Any non-payment of a recurring invoice may be subject to a £50 administration charge. The customer is responsible for all money owed on the account from the time it was established to the time that the customer sends a written cancellation request.
Non payment will result in a suspension of services with a min 90 days service charge applied to the account.
No bills or invoices will be sent by regular mail. All invoices will be sent directly to customers via email shortly after the online purchase has been made. At this point the customer's card will be charged automatically.

All payment is in UK sterling. All prices displayed are shown excluding UK VAT.
Your personal details
Please note that whilst your email is primarily used for billing purposes, Catalise reserves the right to email you information about enhancements to our systems and product offerings. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications within your Catalise control panel. We will not provide any of your personal information to other companies or individuals without your permission. However, we may need to provide your name and delivery address to third parties that Catalise may use for the purposes of delivering specific services to you (e.g. customer support).
Hosting Payment options
In order to streamline our accounting procedures and keep costs down Catalise currently runs a limited number of payment options.
Credit / Debit Cards:
Catalise accepts MasterCard, Visa, Visa electron, Switch/Maestro and Solo.
Cheque Payment:
This option is only available to business customers who pay annually for their Catalise Account. A credit/debit card number will still be required if customers require the facility to purchase domains and other services on-line. Catalise cannot guarantee that a service will be provided until after any received cheques have been cleared.
Hosting Cancellation and refunds
Catalise reserves the right to cancel the service at any time. In this event customers will be entitled to a pro rata refund based upon the remaining period of membership. If a customer contravenes Catalise' terms of service a refund will not be issued in the event of a cancellation.
Shared Hosting Clients Cancelling
Customers may cancel their account at any time by giving 90 Days written notice to Catalise. Fees charged on a prepay basis are non-refundable. Customers are not entitled to receive a refund unless the service is cancelled by Catalise. In addition some accounts incur set-up fees, these charges are also non-refundable. Domain Transfers are charged at the at the rate of £74.99 per domain. All fees must be paid before the account, files, domains etc are transfered.
Dedicated Hosting Clients Cancelling
Customers may cancel their account at any time by giving 90 Days written notice to Catalise. If you are subject to a minimum terms in your Sales Agreement, then we require 90 days notice prior to the end of this term. Fees charged on a prepay basis are non-refundable. Once the initial trial period has expired customers are not entitled to receive a refund unless the service is cancelled by Catalise. In addition some accounts incur set-up fees, these charges are also non-refundable.
Domain credits cannot be refunded as they allow the purchase of domains at discounted prices, based on an upfront commitment.
All hosting, email and dedicated server accounts are subject to a 12 month minimum contract term unless stipulated in the sales agreement.
Hosting Chargebacks
Any customer withdrawing payments via bank or credit card (a "chargeback") may be subject to a punitive fee of £50, should the company deem this chargeback to be unfair. The company also reserves its right to defend such chargebacks and recover the original monies from the card issuer.
Motor Dealer Clients (Auto Dealer Website and Database System)
Fees are only payable by monthly standing order, clients you do not wish to pay by standing order or are subject to account suspension due to non or late payment will be issued annualised invoicing, (monthly fees x 12). Customers may cancel their account at any time by giving 180 Days written notice to Catalise. If you wish to cancel with immediate effect then payment of the 180 days notice must be paid. Fees charged on a prepay basis are non-refundable. Domain credits cannot be refunded as they allow the purchase of domains at discounted prices, based on an upfront commitment. Domain Transfers are charged at the fixed rate of £174.99 per domain. All Outstanding account balances and fees must be paid before the account, files, domains (inc Epp Codes) etc are transfered or released.
PPC Management Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions are in relation to Catalise Pay Per Click Managed Services providing a service to set up and manage Adwords campaigns (or any other Search Engine Paid for Listing Services) and expenditure to service these campaigns. Upon commencement of the service you shall be accepting these terms in full and that you are binding yourself legally to them.
- From the date we commence work the agreement will then continue on a monthly basis automatically until notice is given. For this purpose we assume that each month has exactly 30 days.
- You agree to pay a pre agreed monthly management fee and or per click override fee to Catalise to manage your AdWord campaigns for a minimum period of one month. The set up & management fee will be dependent upon the complexity of your campaign and agreed in advance at the proposal stage. Catalise does not receive any commissions from Google. If the client wishes Catalise to settle the Google fees directly with Google then we will utilise an in-house Google Adwords account, clients will not be given access to this account as other client Data would be visable. As this arrangement is a Catalise Google agreement it should be noted that any commercial data is strictly confidential and under no circumstances will data or comminications with Google be shared with the client. If Google data is important then the client should request that the campaign/s are set up and managed on the Clients direct account with Google. If the client wishes to use their own Google Account (Direct Google Adwords Account) then fees must be paid directly to Google and Catalise must be given the appropriate access to the Clients Google AdWords account to facilitate the campaign management service.
- Where the Catalise AdWords account is utilised to manage your Google Spend then payment for the implementation of your PPC campaign set up & optmisation will be in advance of the campaign being activated. Your monthly management fee will be invoiced together with your agreed monthly spend at the beginning of the month as an inclusive fee depending on the budget set. Payment will be on a pro Forma basis before work commences.
- Reporting of your Campaigns will be sent either on application or Monthly or as otherwise agreed, this will be at the clients discretion, if the Catalise AdWords account is being used - reporting shall be sent by email and in PDF format. Reporting for Direct Client Adwords account can be obtained directly from the clients AdWords account Dashboard by the client.
- Catalise may at its discretion accept arrangements that are based on targets, these may take the form of traffic generated, enquiries received or sales transactions. These targets must be clear and mutually accepted and will be subject to a separate agreement but will incorporate the General Terms contained herein.
- Notice of cancellation of this agreement shall be deemed valid and accepted by Catalise if received by facsimile, e-mail or post after the initial one month period. Cancellation will be accepted on date of actual receipt by Catalise and will take effect at the end of that current thirty day period for which you will be charged at the normal rate applicable.
- When Catalise utilise a clients own Direct Google Adwords account, it is agreed that neither party can change the login details throughout the duration of the contract unless agreed in writing (e-mail, fax and post) by both parties.
- Throughout the duration of the contract you agree that any tools, coding, new keywords and any knowledge gained from Catalise cannot be used in any other Google Adwords Account you may have, or create yourselves during the term of this contract. No Google account download will be sent to the client as this could be used and utilised by the client or third parties.
- Catalise agrees that during the contract and after termination of this agreement, all the financial details supplied to us to you for the purpose of our services will be kept strictly confidential and must not be passed to any third parties.
- Catalise may subcontract part or all of the campaigns to trusted partners.
- You agree that Catalise can monitor your account after cancellation or expiry of the agreement to confirm you are not using any tools, coding, new keywords and any knowledge gained for the financial benefit of another third party. If another party takes over your account management Catalise reserves the right to remove or request that any unique techniques implemented in our account structure at the set up stage. For avoidance of doubt Catalise will not send in usable format files or campaign data that could be utilised by the client or third parties to take over the campaigns set up by Catalise. This includes but not restricted to downloads from the Catalise in-house AdWords Account, CSV files or Excel Files.
- Each of these terms, (above), are essential to us providing a service to you, our client. If any one of these terms is breached throughout the duration of the contract Catalise will have no choice other than to terminate the contract with immediate effect and Catalise may seek appropriate compensation.
SEO Management Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions are in relation to Catalise Search Engine Optimisation Services (SEO) Managed Services providing a service in relation to SEO Services and the related expenditure. Upon commencement of our service you shall be accepting these terms in full and that you are binding yourself legally to them.
- From the date we commence work the agreement will then continue on a monthly basis automatically until notice is given. For this purpose we assume that each month has exactly 30 days.
- You agree to pay a pre agreed monthly management fee to Catalise to manage your SEO campaigns for a minimum period of twelve months. The set up & management fee will be dependent upon the complexity of your campaign and agreed in advance at the proposal stage. Fees may be inclusive with an overall package, with agreements where SEO is inclusive, Catalise will on receipt of a request by the client give a financial value of the SEO service.
- Catalise may subcontract this work to trusted partners.
- Catalise will confine the campaign to the keyword list agreed at the proposal stage. Additional keywords will be liable for additional fees.
- Reporting of your Campaigns will be sent either on application or Monthly or as otherwise agreed, this will be at the clients discretion, the report will show the keywords in the campaign, the search engines targeted, position of the listed keywords and the movements since the last report. This report will presented in PDF format and is delivered via e-mail.
- Our SEO services may include advice on web site alterations to accommodate the SEO Campaign Plan, web site alterations are excluded from the monthly fees and are billed separately, the client may elect to have their own web master effect the recommended changes to the web site. The web site amendments may be required due to the ever changing Search Engine Algorithms and new best practise SEO to achieve results. The alterations (design and development) to the site are not included in the SEO service and would be subject to a separate agreement with your Web Master. In cases where Catalise act as your Web Master we would normally prepare a cost or estimate on request prior to any work commencing. It should be noted that Catalise do not allow third party access to any hosted server or to allow third parties to alter work under copyright protection.
- Notice of cancellation of this agreement shall be deemed valid and accepted by Catalise if received by facsimile, e-mail or post after the initial three month period. Cancellation will be accepted on date of actual receipt by Catalise and will take effect at the end of that current ninty day period for which you will be charged at the normal rate applicable.
- No guarantees are offered or given in connection to the SEO campaign, either with position of keywords on the search engine/s or with the speed to list.
- Catalise agrees that during the contract and after termination of this agreement, all the financial details supplied by us to you for the purpose of our services will be kept strictly confidential and must not be passed to any third parties.
- Each of these terms, (above), are essential to us providing a service to you, our client. If any one of these terms is breached throughout the duration of the contract Catalise will have no choice other than to terminate the contract with immediate effect and Catalise may seek appropriate compensation.
Disclaimer
Catalise will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Catalise makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Catalise does not back up your data/website or stats and whilst every attempt would be made in the unlikely event of any corruption or hardware failure, Catalise cannot guarantee to be able to replace lost data. Catalise disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, nondeliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Catalise and its employees. Catalise reserves the right to revise its policies at any time, clients are advised to revist this page on a regular basis.
Indemnification on all Services
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Catalise harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable legal fees asserted against Catalise, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by Catalise, its agents, employees or assigns. Or any Products, Services etc for any clients web site. The Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Catalise against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Catalise' server; (2) any material supplied by the client infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement.
